Philosophy
ifeelfeeling is the language of direct noticing — not an idea to hold, but a practice: feel the feeler, be the while of time. The site hosts short sutras, poems and concise commentaries meant to be read slowly, ideally in silence.
The While — micro sutra
“The past, the future or the present is the while of time.”
This is a coined sutra by Virendra Kumar. Practice: notice the continuity — instead of thinking in moments, feel the single inflow that we label past/future/present.

Sit quietly for 5 minutes. Do not time the minutes. Notice one continuous presence. See if the sense of ‘before’ and ‘after’ thins. Write the observation.

The While — short essay
The while of time is the continuity that we mistake for three. The mental habit of fragmenting perception into past, present and future creates distance. Practice dissolves the divisions — then time reads itself as one inhale. The while is not a moment; it is the living whole.
